Data Deletion Information

How Consensus handles account deletion and shared planning data.

Deleting your account

You can request account deletion from the Consensus app account page or by contacting support@getconsensus.co.uk.

What is deleted

Consensus attempts to delete your Firebase Auth account, user profile document, profile image and team membership links where practical.

Shared records

Collaborative rooms, votes and session summaries may be retained where deleting them would affect other participants. Participant records may be anonymised as Deleted user.

Limits

Deletion avoids broad, unbounded client-side deletes. Some shared, legal, security or diagnostic records may remain until manual cleanup.
